This week has been very quiet in respect to video appointment submissions. We haven't had any this week, which is quite unusual. However we did have an appointment arranged for Thursday, however this appointment was a no-show. Following our video appointment no-show procedure i called client to see if they would like to re-arrange or understand if they had any problems with the platform itself which is why they hadn't turned up. However, client did not answer so i ended up leaving a voicemail.

As usual i recorded this on our case management system, as well as made a note on my own separate excel sheet of the appointment and then its subsequent no-show. I’ll post a screenshot of the spreadsheet below, there’s never any names or client info/numbers on the spreadsheet, i just keep a tally of the day and whether there's been a drop in or appointment. The drop in’s are marked with numbers, the appointments are marked by a comment on the same day.

After attending a few different seminars/webinars and talks, this inspired me to take again take another look at our spread sheet on potential advice hub locations. From this re-visit, i was able to add the categories; Schools, Job Centre Plus Offices, Council Offices, Leisure Centers and Courts. Obviously each of these categories would require more research, but at least I had the initial categories and could come back and add to them as time went on. Which is exactly what i did throughout the rest of the week. I’ve inserted a screenshot of the spreadsheet below:

I also spent some time look around the internet for some funding for our advice hubs; not just the equipment but also the materials it would cost to build them. I found the below websites (screenshots provided below) There wasn't anything that really related, however they were definitely useful sites. I will say the ‘Grants Online’ does require a membership, so for the most part, unless you have a membership you cant see the specifics of the funding.
